Favor In a Jar

Who doesn't love an edible party favor? I love the idea of changing things up and making these jar favors for your guests.  You fill a mason jar with the dry ingredients of your favorite cookie recipe and add a little personalized recipe card with the rest of the recipe and directions. (Pardon my awful picture today, I had a toddler attacking my phone!)

You need a 1 quart mason jar for most recipes (they are really inexpensive online). Pack in your ingredients using the back of a spoon. The more colorful ingredients you use (M&M's, colored chocolate chips, etc) the prettier it will look!

I added a recipe card to mine but a favor tag with the recipe works too! Add a pretty bow and you are set.

These work great for a bridal shower favor and your guests will have a cookie recipe to add to their collection.
